Press and Photo Credentials
Outlets can submit on media letterhead via email media@aihusa.org
Media credential requests for the The 34th Anual Festival of Arts must be submitted by Friday, August 25th, 2023. Acceptance notifications will be sent accordingly. Press access is complimentary. Each media outlet is limited to one press and one photography request. You must have approval from AFA Media Department for more than two people.
Press credentials and photo passes are limited and you must be on assignment from a media outlet to cover the concerts and the festival. Applicants will be notified beginning Monday, August 21st, 2023 and no later than Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023.
Applicants must supply copies of recent and relevant coverage (links are sufficient). Clippings can be from previous year’s coverage or coverage of similar types of concerts and festivals.
College newspapers and photographers: Request must be accompanied by a letter from a faculty adviser on college or university letterhead and approved by AFA Media Department.
Credentialed media are not allowed to bring a guest when working for the festival.
Some Artists’ management will have final decision on credentialing.
Bloggers/Freelance Media
Media credential requests from bloggers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bloggers must host professional, industry-related blogs with original content. A link to the blog must be submitted along with the number of unique visits per month and how often it is updated.
Video/Audio Recording
Video and audio recording for broadcast is allowed for non-commercial use only. Any commercial use is prohibited without artist consent and written authorization by AFA Media Department.
Please Note: Submission of a request does not guarantee admission. Web designers, editors and creators do not qualify for media credentials.
