Yoruba Language and Culture (Beginner)

A six week series designed to give beginning students an introduction to Yoruba kika kiko ati siso (Reading, Writing and Speaking), culture and proverbs.
During this session, students will learn:
· ABD (Yoruba Alphabet)
· Vowels and Tone Marks
· Simple Words/Meanings
· Forming and Using Short Sentences
· Greetings and their responses
· Yoruba Names and Meanings
· Owe Yoruba Proverbs and Usage

This discussion series will delve deeper into Yoruba kika, kiko, siso, culture ati proverbs.
During this session, students will discuss:
Numbers
Words and Meanings
Words that sound and spell alike but have different meanings
Sentence formation
Owe Yoruba Proverbs and Usage
Yoruba Names and Meanings
