The NY Consulate contacted me yesterday and stated that all out of station exercises can only start on Friday because of increased number of people coming to the office now. Our February exercise has be scaled down to2 days Friday, 2/19 - Saturday, 2/20 and time still remains the same 10am - 5pm. I did impress upon them the need to arrive in ample time so that the program will start on time.  The community will be informed and posters replaced.
